Meditation is a simple yet profound practise of sitting in complete presence with self. It is an intentional practise, which I personally use daily to maintain connection to my higher self and as an important part of my manifestation process. I offer my clients individually tailored meditation practises to take home, to continue a regular practise of self- connection and reflection.
